REFUND & RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

If you simply no longer want the product, you may return it within this window.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used products

  • Opened products

  • Items showing signs of misuse, abuse, drops, or improper care

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Manufacturer Defects

If an item arrives defective or fails due to a manufacturer issue:

  • Claims are reviewed case-by-case

  • Photo or video proof is required

  • If approved, we may cover return shipping or provide a replacement/refund

Jet Fan – 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

The Diamond Finish portable jet fan is backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.

If the jet fan:

  • Stops functioning under normal use

  • Shows no signs of abuse, drops, water damage, or misuse

We will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Proof of defect (photo or video) is required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time after inspection.
