Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment options including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, UnionPay, JCB, ELO, and other supported digital wallets available at checkout.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. Eligible customers may use Shop Pay Installments or Afterpay at checkout to split payments over time.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive confirmation and tracking information once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been packaged, fulfilled, or had a shipping label created. Once tracking has been issued, orders cannot be canceled.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at support@diamondfinishautocare.com - Address changes can only be made before an order has been processed and shipped.
Do you collect sales tax?
We currently collect sales tax in Florida. As our operations expand, sales tax will be collected where required by law.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Florida, United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is planned for the future.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
What if my package is marked delivered but I did not receive it?
If tracking shows “Delivered,” customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist with documentation as needed. Carrier-provided insurance coverage applies up to the carrier’s limits.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Replacement or refund will be issued once the carrier claim is resolved.
Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve inventory from an upcoming production run at a discounted pre-sale price.
When will pre-order items ship?
Estimated shipping timelines are listed on each product page. Delivery dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to production or transit factors.
Are pre-orders charged immediately?
Yes. Pre-orders are charged at checkout and are considered final sale until shipped.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
No. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.
What happens if there is a delay?
Customers will be notified via email or SMS if production or delivery timelines change.
What happens if minimum pre-order quantities are not met?
If minimum quantities are not reached, all pre-orders will be automatically refunded to the original payment method, and customers will be notified.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.
Is there a restocking fee?
A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible returns made within 30 days for change-of-mind purchases. Restocking fees do not apply to defective or damaged items.
Are shipping fees refundable?
No. Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, are non-refundable.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photo or video proof and original packaging are required. We will assist in resolving carrier claims and arrange replacement if approved.
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
Electronic products, including the JetDrive Air Blower, are backed by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. All other tools carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, drops, improper care, or normal product lifespan.
Do you cover return shipping for warranty claims?
Yes. Approved warranty claims include return shipping coverage.
Do microfiber products shed?
Some microfiber products, particularly mitts and plush towels, may experience minor shedding during initial use. This is normal and typically resolves after one or two washes. Washing instructions are provided to ensure optimal performance.
Products & Brand
Are your microfiber towels safe for ceramic-coated vehicles?
Yes. Our microfiber solutions are safe for ceramic-coated surfaces and interior applications when used as directed.
How do I care for my microfiber products?
Machine wash with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and high heat. Detailed care instructions are provided with each product.
Are your products inspected before shipping?
Yes. Quality control is a priority. Products are inspected before shipment to ensure performance and consistency.
Are your tools designed for professionals only?
Our tools are engineered for professional-grade results but are suitable for both professionals and enthusiasts.
Do you offer wholesale or dealer accounts?

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
If you simply no longer want the product, you may return it within this window.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Non-Refundable Items
- Used products
- Opened products
- Items showing signs of misuse, abuse, drops, or improper care
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Manufacturer Defects
If an item arrives defective or fails due to a manufacturer issue:
- Claims are reviewed case-by-case
- Photo or video proof is required
- If approved, we may cover return shipping or provide a replacement/refund
Jet Fan – 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
The Diamond Finish portable jet fan is backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.
If the jet fan:
- Stops functioning under normal use
- Shows no signs of abuse, drops, water damage, or misuse
We will, at our discretion:
- Replace the product or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
Proof of defect (photo or video) is required.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time after inspection.

Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. We are not responsible for:

- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
